If you cancel your solar installation order before site survey and DISCOM application: Full refund of advance payment within 7 working days. If cancellation is made after site survey but before material procurement: 75% refund after deduction of survey and documentation costs. If cancellation is after material procurement but before installation: 50% refund after deduction of material restocking charges.
No refund is applicable once the solar system has been installed and commissioned. Post-installation issues will be addressed under the workmanship warranty provided in the installation agreement.
Government subsidy is disbursed directly by the government to the beneficiary. State Solar Grid India has no control over subsidy processing timelines. No refund claim can be made against State Solar Grid India for delays or non-approval of government subsidy.
In case of defective equipment supplied, State Solar Grid India will arrange replacement under manufacturer warranty at no additional cost. Equipment replacement does not qualify for monetary refund — replacement in kind only.
Franchise fee of ₹5,50,000 + GST is non-refundable once the franchise agreement is executed and onboarding process has commenced. Refund consideration may be made only if State Solar Grid India is unable to fulfil the franchise commitments within 60 days of agreement.
Submit refund request in writing to: lokendra.chouhan@praygaindia.com with your order details, reason for cancellation, and bank account details for refund processing. Eligible refunds will be processed within 15 working days of approval.
