1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

State Solar Grid India (a brand of Prayga India Private Limited) provides rooftop solar installation services under the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana. We are a registered vendor with MNRE and facilitate subsidy applications, DISCOM approvals, net metering, and solar plant commissioning.

3. Subsidy & Government Schemes

Subsidy amounts mentioned are based on current government guidelines and are subject to change by the Central and State governments. State Solar Grid India facilitates the subsidy application process but does not guarantee subsidy approval. Subsidy is directly credited by the government to the beneficiary's bank account.

4. Installation Agreement

A separate installation agreement will be executed before commencement of work. The agreement will specify plant capacity, system components, pricing, payment terms, warranty, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) terms. Installation timeline is subject to DISCOM approval and site readiness.

5. Payment Terms

Payment schedule will be outlined in the installation agreement. Standard practice: 30% advance, 60% before installation, 10% after commissioning. EMI options are subject to bank approval through the Jansamarth portal.

6. Warranty

Solar panels carry a 25-year performance warranty from the manufacturer. Inverters carry 5-year warranty. Installation workmanship warranty of 1 year is provided by State Solar Grid India. Battery warranty is as per manufacturer specifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

State Solar Grid India's liability is limited to the installation contract value. We are not liable for power generation variations due to weather, grid failures, government policy changes, or force majeure events.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
