4. SYSTEM PERFORMANCE & COMPREHENSIVE WARRANTIES
Complete System Warranty: 5 Years comprehensive on-site warranty covering overall performance and installation setup.
Solar Module Warranty: 25 Years linear performance warranty on USHA DCR modules.
Inverter Warranty: 8 Years standard warranty on Polycab Grid-Tie / Hybrid inverters as per manufacturer guidelines.
5. KEY TERMS & PROJECT GUIDELINES
Subsidy Applicability: The Central Gov. (PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana) subsidy of ₹78,000 is included across applicable residential lines. State Government subsidy of ₹17,000 is explicitly contingent upon the customer being registered under the active 100 Units Free Electricity Scheme.
Payment Terms: 100% Mobilization advance required against the formal execution of the Work Order.
Execution Timeline: Project commissioning will be completed within 15 to 20 days post receipt of the Solar NOC from the respective DISCOM, clean commercial clearance, and advance payment confirmation.
Client Obligations: Clean, shadow-free roof area; continuous high-speed Wi-Fi/Internet for remote system monitoring data syncing; execution of connection space in the LT panel; provision of electricity & water during the installation phase.
Net-Metering Fees: All institutional DISCOM processing fees, testing charges, demand charges, and Electrical Inspector reports are directly payable by the client to DISCOM.
